The price requested by phone was adhered to, or even reduced. Door opening (pulling -> closed, around 6:00 PM) was carried out quickly, competently, and without damage. Also, as a cobbler (leather boots, new leather soles and heels) my favorite in Hagen.

The employee was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the missing serial number on the original key, he was able to duplicate it and even offered that I could test the blank on the lock beforehand. We are really excited, although it was the weekend, the opening did not cost like with the others I called, significantly over 100€, but only 80€. Additionally, the gentleman was super quick to arrive, very friendly, and also very quick in our apartment. I can definitely recommend calling them if you get locked out!
