Mr. Dries was quick and friendly. Defective door cylinder, unfortunately irreparable. After removal and replacement with a temporary solution, a brand new cylinder was delivered and installed by Mr. Dries after 2 weeks. Price/performance absolutely fair. Happy to do it again, but hopefully not in the near future ;-)
