Unfortunately, I had a somewhat unpleasant experience with the company Mayr today. I was, as stated on the homepage, on site at 7:30, as the workshop was supposed to open at that time. In fact, the employees only arrived at 8:00 ... well, no problem. An apprentice listened to my request - it was about four mounting brackets for a window grille - and then said I would have to discuss that with the boss. He came into the office a few moments later and immediately said, without greeting or asking what it was about, "we can't do that right now." I was so taken aback, said goodbye, and left. Rarely have I felt so dismissed and unwanted.
