Normally, no points should be awarded at all, as I am very very disappointed with the boss and the employee. After 3 complaints about the key made, we were turned away and not exactly in a friendly manner towards the customer. The key does not lock and I did not make this up. We also did not get our money back. Disappointing.

Yeah, normal, keys not like in the hardware store, but it works. And shoes, who repairs shoes nowadays? Most of the time they break, and new ones are bought...unfortunately. Little waiting time, somewhat brusque staff. For telling me that repairing my worn sandals is not worth it: the 3rd star.
