Yesterday I wanted to get into my business and the key broke in the door, half in the door and half in my hand, called the company, the gentleman on the phone was very competent and in 25 minutes a car was sent with an employee, the problem was solved in 10 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and professional! The price was also as agreed over the phone, no extra costs or anything! I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

Everything great! Locked out of the apartment on Sunday (key was stuck), called quickly and explained the situation. The employee said they would be there in 20 minutes and it would cost €58 + €20 holiday surcharge. After about 40 minutes they arrived and everything was done in a few minutes (door opened with a plastic card without damage). The lady was super friendly and absolutely competent. I can only recommend it! (Card payment possible)
