Yesterday I wanted to get into my business and the key broke in the door, half in the door and half in my hand, called the company, the gentleman on the phone was very competent and in 25 minutes a car was sent with an employee, the problem was solved in 10 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and professional! The price was also as agreed over the phone, no extra costs or anything! I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

Clear 1a recommendation! 100% serious! Just top! Great advice over the phone before the installation. Absolutely objective, the "most expensive" was not recommended, but the most suitable for us. Short-term installation appointment! Very nice personal contact! And all of this at a super affordable fixed price!

Friday evening and the door could no longer be opened. The company Kurt Schlüsseldienst was notified through our insurance. In less than 30 minutes, the employee was on site. He was able to quickly determine the cause. A bolt was stuck in the door frame and could not be turned back, thus blocking the door. The employee on site was very careful not to cause any damage to the door. Especially since initially only drilling seemed sensible. In the end, he was able to open the door and removed the defective bolt so that the door remained lockable. Thank you again!!! Great praise to the company and especially to the employee! Highly recommended.

The lower price was accepted without much discussion. There were also no hidden costs. One always hears and reads about horrendous costs that are suddenly demanded. I decided on this locksmith service on behalf of acquaintances whose door had closed with a stuck key and I was very positively surprised. Unfortunately, our attempts to open the door had failed. Telephone accessibility was very good, the quoted fixed price was adhered to and was appropriate for the circumstances and definitely not extortionate (Pentecost Sunday). Personally, I would have expected much more. After 15 minutes, the locksmith arrived and opened the door without damage. Very good service and price/performance ratio! Highly recommended!
