My friends and I called Jochen at 11:30 PM on a weekend (Friday) because we were locked out and there was no other way to open the door since the key was stuck inside. After a short time, he answered the phone and immediately inquired about the situation. After a discussion and a long travel time, Jochen came to us and opened our door within 1 minute! The company Lindtner came to open a closed front door. (only the latch was stuck). The distance was precisely 18km. The travel was charged at €35, which is reasonable. Opening the door took less than 1 minute and was charged at €75! I consider this pricing - to put it mildly - to be extremely overpriced, not to say outrageous. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
