I don't like to write negative reviews, but unfortunately I have no other choice here. I had a key made. However, the key did not fit into the lock. I went back and he made some changes to the key and told me it should fit now... But the key still did not fit. This time I demanded my money back. He said a key is a "custom order" and he "cannot give me my money back". He wanted to try the key himself and asked for my address. He tried the key himself and saw with his own eyes that it did not work. But he still refused to give me my money back!! I now have a key that is completely useless, and he just took my money. Unfortunately not recommended. I am very, very disappointed here.

My mailbox key actually broke in my pocket. At first, I thought: "Oh well, just go quickly to Mister Minit and get a duplicate made..." Yeah, right! Not a single one of these hobby locksmiths was able to make a small mailbox key. I even went to four different "locksmiths" - until I finally received this great tip. Anyone needing a duplicate should definitely go to this expert, as he knows his craft. By the way, the new key was ready in 10 seconds and only cost 6 euros - significantly cheaper than the incompetent competition. THIS is what I call quality work!!!
