I picked up the 2 packages dropped off by DHL here. I was treated very kindly and friendly, and help was offered when packing into 2 large bags. Great, I am very satisfied! I was there on Saturday around 09:30 AM, contrary to the description on the internet, it was already open from 09:00 AM on Saturdays. The treatment was friendlier than at the post office, wait time 1 minute. :-)

I am always thrilled when I am out of here. Because not only is the service itself great, but the human touch is not lost either. Whether it's the favorite shoe that has already lost its shine, thanks to him they feel new again, or custom-made keys of any kind. They take care and really look for a solution for the customer, that's how I imagine service with heart! Just today I had to realize that this is unfortunately not often found anymore, so I have now decided that I would rather take a slightly longer route and know that my concerns are in the best hands. Thank you very much for your great work!

I have only picked up packages here so far. Compared to the classic post office, it is always quick here, and above all, the gentleman behind the counter is always in a good mood. Therefore, it is my new favorite pickup station in case I can't accept packages at home.
