I picked up the 2 packages dropped off by DHL here. I was treated very kindly and friendly, and help was offered when packing into 2 large bags. Great, I am very satisfied! I was there on Saturday around 09:30 AM, contrary to the description on the internet, it was already open from 09:00 AM on Saturdays. The treatment was friendlier than at the post office, wait time 1 minute. :-)

I was in the store on 05.05.22 at around 11:30 AM, my daughter had broken the key in the lock, and they were able to help me very quickly and neatly! Absolutely recommended. I had also been in the store with shoes in March, had the same gentleman there, and can say absolutely nothing negative about it! Super nice, helpful, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Keep it up, thank you so far. :)

You arrive, see that the employee is working with his back to you. What do you do?... do you say hello and make yourself known gently...? he can't smell that you are standing behind him. Unfortunately, there is no bell. So I made myself known with a friendly HELLO... and was promptly unfriendly yelled at to wait, he was doing something.... WITHOUT WORDS. This is not how you should treat customers. The good thing was that the key duplication only took 15 minutes for 23 euros.

The customer is obviously not perceived as a customer and thus as a person who uses and pays for services, but rather as something that disturbs. Kindness towards the customer is apparently not considered necessary there. Or they still have not understood and internalized the meaning of business life.
