So I or we are extremely dissatisfied. It was said that we could negotiate the price. That was not the case. €185 for the day at 5:15 PM. Called but at 3 PM. First of all, we waited almost 2.5 hours until someone arrived, even though a small child was waiting with us, which is unacceptable. On the phone, it was said that someone would be there in 20-40 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. For that, a €25 travel fee is charged. This is not acceptable for 5 minutes of work since the door was just closed. Well, we certainly will not recommend the emergency service again.
