I had a key duplicated here, which then got stuck in the door. There were never any problems with the lock itself before. I then had to call a locksmith from another company late in the evening. The next day, I contacted the store and had to talk to a super unfriendly employee who simply hung up and does not want to reimburse me for the costs incurred due to sloppy work.
