After my somewhat unusual key still didn't fit after the 3rd sharpening, the owner came along and took out the lock. After 20 minutes, the lock was reinstalled, and the new key worked great. Thank you very much, top customer service. I can only recommend it!

I had door signs engraved there and am more than satisfied. Very friendly owners and first-class service. The price was comparatively cheap and the signs were ready quickly. Absolutely recommended and in the future, it will be my go-to place for signs, keys, and shoe/leather repairs!

I brought my designer handbag there today because a strap needed to be sewn. Unfortunately, there was no machine for that. But there was glue. Price: €6! When I picked up the bag, I was really amazed. The nice gentleman had sewn the handle by hand since the glue was not optimal. And he didn't charge any extra. But I already have! The work was worth more to me; I am totally happy and will come back. Thank you very much!

I was there for the first time today to have damage repaired on a shoe. It was repaired right in front of my eyes, so I didn't even have to leave the shoe there. Very quick and uncomplicated. This is truly a shoemaker who understands his craft. I had two pairs of very high-quality men's shoes repaired and sewn. They look like new after the repair!
