Yesterday, on Sunday around 7 PM (!), in less than 3 minutes I could get back into the house with my children. Despite the advertised 24/7, 365 days a year reachable emergency locksmith service, unfortunately no one is reachable on a Saturday at 10 PM (I tried several times within 30 minutes :/) I understand that not always someone can be on shift, but then a note, for example on the website, would be helpful. You rely on it and then it doesn't work. Still definitely a great locksmith service!
