Had a key made. After 3 months, the car key broke in the lock. For that, nearly 70€. Impossible. If I had received an invoice when it was made, there would now be a letter from the lawyer!!!! Make sure to get the invoice as proof!!!!

No help, unfriendly employee! My suitcase key was broken. He only said there was nothing that could be done and didn't even look at the lock. Moreover, it was indeed an original key. Don't claim any lies here. I then went to Schlüsselfritz. I was helped immediately and two new keys were made for me!!!

Careful, but hardly cheaper than a brand workshop (when it comes to the production and initialization of a remote key). Updated: The new remote key lasted only about 3 weeks, then only the tailgate operation worked. After a call, I drove back to the store, where the warranty service was refused because I had only given a medium rating (3 stars). If I were to give 5 stars or delete the rating and sign a corresponding document (this was communicated to me by phone), then the broken key could be replaced. I stand by my rating. Mediation was declined on their part. Rating was corrected from 3 to 1 star.
