The technician arrived quickly. The door was opened professionally. The prices, you probably won't find any locksmith where the price is acceptable. However, you won't be ripped off here.

Overall, we were satisfied with the repair of our lock. But after a few days, we noticed a deficiency from our perspective. We contacted the locksmith and were treated very brusquely, if not rudely, with the remark that we should be satisfied with the price because the bill would actually be much higher. The price we paid was €416.20. Nevertheless, our wooden door no longer closes properly when locked. There was no sign of goodwill regarding a new strike plate, even though the technician had ground the strike plate and was probably a bit too eager. It's a shame, at first we were very impressed by the politeness and willingness to help. But one can be mistaken. The first impression is not always the best. We will have to turn to another locksmith regarding a new strike plate.

Very satisfied. It was an emergency, my mother left the oven on and went outside to hang up laundry, when she wanted to come back in, the key didn't fit because it had suddenly broken. An emergency, luckily the locksmith was very quick and prevented worse, so nothing burned :-) definitely worth the price. Thank you very much!
