Super super friendly and patient company. Sometimes I find it very uncomfortable to call somewhere, but here I was met with a lot of patience and humor, very relaxed. My friend and I got locked out of our apartment yesterday and within 20 minutes one of the employees was on site and opened our apartment door for the same price as announced on the phone. Very authentic company, I hope I don't need help like this again, but if I do, I know right away where to turn :)
